- 5+ years of proven experience in a professional programming position
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with Java or Scala Programming Language
- Experience with MongoDB is a big plus
- Experience with React is a plus
- Experience with SOLR is a plus
In this role, you will be creating tools for Apple editors and designers, so that they can succeed in creating the most immersive and useful experience possible for Apple’s millions of users worldwide. The work will consist of building tooling for editorial art, powering many media verticals such as Apps, Books, Video and Podcasts. You will also be part of the team working primarily with Apps & Books. Initially you will most likely build new tooling, enabling you to take part in decisions in technology and frameworks. You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas. We promote innovation and new technology to further improve Apple's hardware performance and user experience. Education & Experience
