Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it. The Services Group is responsible for mature services like iCloud and emerging ones like Apple One. We are seeking a business lead for Apple One, an all-in-one subscription made up of Apple’s best services. As the business lead, you will define ways to increase subscribers and engagement across services. You will work across teams to ensure Apple One is simple to discover and easy to use. You will be involved in shaping the ongoing strategic roadmap, customer experience and execution plan around bringing Apple One to life for our customers. To that end, you will work closely with product, engineering, marketing and design teams to ensure we are constantly learning and iterating to deliver Apple-quality experiences. At the same time, you will be accountable for identifying strategic issues and opportunities that influence the business growth and profitability of this product.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management and/or business strategy experience with a focus on consumer internet services and subscription businesses
  • Experience with subscription business models and what is required to provide the best customer experience
  • Successful track-record of working closely with engineering and product teams during the full product lifecycle; translating business needs to feature/product designs
  • Strategic agility and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative) to make recommendations and drive actions
  • Ability to influence without authority, sell concepts internally and actively drive decision-making across teams
  • Clearly and concisely present key findings and proposals to senior executives
  • Self-starter who is able to navigate and execute through ambiguity

Description

Work with internal teams to ensure the success of bringing new service opportunities to market while assuming accountability for subscriber growth and revenue objectives Proactively monitor the health of the business and bring the business perspective in influencing cross-functional teams to prioritize and iterate on feature improvements Spearhead opportunities to drive growth, greater adoption and customer engagement and incite action across key teams to execute Articulate the Services value proposition and its position within the Apple user experience to a wide range of constituents both internally and externally Develop insightful industry, market, and user trends analysis and communicate with the organization regarding their strategic implications

Education & Experience

BA/BS required; MBA preferred
