Description

AppleCare Pricing Team is looking for a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for global out of warranty and program pricing implementation for a variety of product lines and service parts worldwide. This team member will also coordinate pricing processes, research pricing issues and customer concerns, and conduct system enhancement testing to meet the growing demands of the Business. Pricing accuracy will be a primary objective for this role interfacing extensively with AppleCare’s pricing tool (APT), SAP and Apple’s repair and order management web tool (GSX). As Pricing Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Services, Engineering, Material Planning, and regional business partners to support the price setting process of AppleCare's product launches. The role will involve a high volume of discreet pricing elements to maintain and therefore attention to detail is critical. AppleCare Pricing Team is looking for a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for global out of warranty and program pricing implementation for a variety of product lines and service parts worldwide. This team member will also coordinate pricing processes, research pricing issues and escalations, and conduct system enhancement testing to meet the growing demands of the Business. Pricing accuracy will be a primary objective for this role interfacing extensively with AppleCare’s pricing tool (APT), SAP and Apple’s repair and order management web tool (GSX). As Pricing Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Services, Engineering, Material Planning, and regional business partners to support the price setting process of AppleCare's product launches. The role will involve a high volume of discreet pricing elements to maintain and therefore attention to detail is critical. This position requires an individual who is a strong team player, has experience with database systems, and technical knowledge on process automation, such as scripting, a good working knowledge of SAP and Excel and excellent attention to detail. The preferred candidate will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and have a history of proactive problem solving. The analyst will work effectively in a fast-pace environment, with changing priorities and often with tight time constraints.

Education & Experience

BS / BA degree in Business or Computer Science 5+ years of experience preferred System and business application skills including SAP, Excel/Excel Macros, JavaScript or other scripting languages, Filemaker or other database tools. SQL and Tableau skills will be a plus.
