In this role, you’ll be the hands-on manager of the Communication Applications QA and Operations team. You’ll lead the team and be involved in triaging, automated and manual testing, making customer feedback actionable, and developing new processes. You will work closely with the Messages. FaceTime and Phone UI and Frameworks teams, and will work with multi-functional teams across iOS and macOS to ship high quality Messages. FaceTime and Phone features on both platforms. * Leading, mentoring, and hiring screeners, manual and automated QA engineers. * Representing the team in technical and project meetings. * Partnering with project management, cross-functional partners, and the leadership team to define product features, specifications, and schedules. * Scoping and prioritizing testing deliverables.
Education & Experience
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
