Apple’s AMP (Apple Media Products) Partner Operations team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and results-oriented manager to lead a global team who manages technical partner onboarding and ongoing platform management. You are people focused, comfortable with ambiguity, interested in scaling programs from pilots to repeatable programs, and thrive in an environment where you need to translate regional nuance into global capabilities. You are excellent at building cross-functional relationships and fostering alignment. You are able to clearly communicate to a group of senior leaders.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering projects with multiple cross-functional teams (e.g. business development, finance, and engineering)

  • Strong technical proficiency with a desire to learn more


Lead distributed team of program managers (in Asia, Europe, and US) who: - Run integrations for new partnerships (leading discussion on standard methodologies, customer experience, and impact of technical implementation decisions) across multiple platforms (bundling integration, code programs, carrier billing) - Lead the requirements capturing for new features, platform capabilities, and partner launches - Develop an in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur Focus on achieving key business objectives such as: - Ensuring an Apple customer experience through partners - Transitioning manual processes to automated and scalable ones - Demonstrating standard methodologies across regions and programs Partner within the team with platform leads (carrier bundling, carrier billing, and codes) to define areas for improvement and optimization of partner onboarding Manage resourcing against a roadmap, and drive consistent leadership updates through weekly reporting and quarterly reviews Develop and grow the careers and skills of all team members

Education & Experience

BA/BS required Preferred : business degree with technical work experience, or technical degree with business experience

Additional Requirements

  • 20% international and domestic travel as needed (after COVID-19 work from home)
  • 2+ years management experience
  • 5+ years of project/program delivery experience
