As part of the Worldwide AppleCare organization a SPSR, manages Apple NPI and Sustaining product lines, ensuring development and accurate BOM setup, operations, Supply Chain Planning, and Procurement. Looking for a strategic problem solver who can lead and work with cross-functional teams to manage changes, perform risk analysis, and execute risk mitigation plans. Our team is collaborative, creative and passionate about what we do and the products we make.

Key Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of BOM structuring and engineering related principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proven to be a strong leader with demonstrated project management and supply chain management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written/presentational skills
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to understand inventory management requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating priorities, and initiatives
  • Motivated, detail-oriented and results oriented creative thinker
  • Self-starter and can work with ambiguity
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Agile, Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail


- Drives NPI build planning readiness work with upstream and downstream partners to trouble shoot any issues that may. - Create and lead BOMs (Bill of Materials), part numbers, and release related technical documentation. - Communicate project status. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity.

Education & Experience

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience, with 5-10 years of experience in a Service organization or similar role
