We believe we are just getting started. The App Store is seeking an analytical and collaborative individual to join the Games Monetization team. You will work with cross-functional teams around the world to help identify and evangelize growth opportunities, and make the App Store an even better place for developers to launch the world's best games.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience within mobile games in a User Acquisition function
  • Proven ability to creatively synthesize insights from data and industry sources and package those insights into persuasive, impactful analyses and proposals
  • Extraordinary quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proven approach to problem solving and eagerness to adjust to rapidly-changing business priorities and challenges
  • A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates critical thinking abilities


Do you enjoy discovering solutions to complex business problems? Are you a curious and collaborative person with experience growing mobile games? As Games Discovery Manager, you'll support the development of the App Store’s games business intelligence for internal partners (including Business Development, Scaled Engagement, Product Marketing and others), with an end goal of providing effective, growth-minded guidance to developers. YOU WILL HAVE: - Experience building and optimizing acquisition campaigns based on ROAS and LTV - Working knowledge of ad platforms and underlying technologies - Solid understanding of in-game KPI drivers - Familiarity with App Store features - Deep analytical skills and experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - Demonstrated technical expertise regarding data modeling and analyzing complex business models - Deep knowledge of modern analytics, reporting and business intelligence tools, including data visualization tools - Expertise in storytelling using Keynote (or PowerPoint) and blending quantitative insights with qualitative research - Service mentality and the ability to develop relationships with cross-functional peers - Genuine interest in learning how Apple works

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree ; MBA or advanced degree welcomed
