The Channel Sales Enablement team develops and implements globally scalable sales enablement programs. These programs focus on providing the knowledge, skills and tools for Apple’s channel resellers to be trusted advisors for their customers. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of government customers and their sales cycles. A successful candidate will deliver a world-class experience by incorporating key training elements that integrate seamlessly with motivation, recognition, and loyalty. This person thrives in a dynamic team environment and is proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and proven to deliver results. This position can be located in Cupertino, California or Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years developing and implementing sales enablement programs globally or in region
  • Proven cross-functional influential leadership
  • Business acumen and work experience within government channel sales
  • Strong communicator and collaborator; mastery in managing stakeholder community and influencing sales leadership
  • Experience with internal tool development cycles and providing feedback on program management efficiency
  • Experience in implementing success measures and measuring efficacy
  • Skilled at creating and editing seller facing communications and tools
  • Engaging public speaking ability and proficiency in Apple Keynote
  • Background and commitment to building customer and team experience solutions
  • Strong problem solving skills; identifying areas for efficiency in customer experience and operations
  • Able to move forward and deliver results in changing environments
  • High energy, charismatic, and innovative with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to learn new tools and develop processes to support government business needs
  • Experience using and managing tools for reporting program results, including dashboards, spreadsheets and databases

Description

In this role, you will: - Drive innovation of the program design that enables scale, relevancy, and engagement - Define solutions to execute the program in regards to people, process, tools and systems to drive consistent adoption, success measures and ease of managing the program - Champion and articulate the program design and key investments needed - Develop a strong understanding of best practices and challenges and collaborate closely with Government channel sales managers to effectively implement and execute the program - Foster engagement cross-functionally with various global teams - Measure and report on the effectiveness; enhance dashboards that support key KPI metrics for success measures - Oversee end-to-end elements of the program (ie. ensuring learning incorporates the most effective modalities) - Launch and sell-in new versions or program updates to sales leadership and partners - Integrate with marketing campaigns; enabling the program to accelerate marketing campaign opportunities - Maintain flexibility to support various times zones and, at times, occasional travel as needed

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
