Apple is seeking a top-tier Operations Program Manager (OPM) to lead iPhone product operations worldwide, impacting repair, remanufacturing, and special focus on new initiatives impacting the global supply chain. You should have experience in hardware product management, and exposure to production/operations management. - Manage the overall business and operational aspects of running iPhone global repair/remanufacturing operations. - Influence commercial and cross-functional teams to drive new operational improvements. - Introduce new business opportunities and spearhead optimization efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Technical Operations, Ops Test Engineering, Capital Expenditure, Capacity Planning) as well as AppleCare. - Lead cross-functional brain-storming sessions on complex business concepts, analyze required datasets and articulate the findings/recommendations to Ops and AppleCare executive team on a periodic basis. - Respond quickly to changes to the overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture. OPMs are courageous leaders capable of working with highly skilled cross-functional business & technical teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus and execute mitigations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Education & Experience

BS degree in engineering or equivalent. MS in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
