Claris is looking for an outstanding, collaborative and ambitious Partner Enablement Manager tasked with growing our partner business in the Americas. This position is based in your home office in a major market on the East Coast of the United States. The Partner Enablement Manager (PEM) will focus on partner program management as well as field marketing enablement and reports to the Director of Global Partners. The PEM will be responsible for orchestrating a world-class program that empowers our large and growing community of partners to succeed in growing their businesses and serving their customers. This is a quota carrying position with the overall goal of increasing Claris Partner revenue contribution. In this role, you will be responsible for growing market awareness of Claris products in the Americas to existing and prospective developer partners and related channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and evolve a world-class partner ecosystem and ensure requirements for Claris Partner enablement are prioritized in the context of our growth strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience managing partner programs
  • Five or more years of experience with software and technology
  • Experience and ability to work within an Agile process
  • Naturally curious and enjoys the unknown and ambiguity coupled with the ability to think independently along with limited instruction
  • Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels
  • Ability to create compelling content using a variety of formats to suit the needs of your audience, from on-demand video to slide presentations, live webinars, and in-person training programs
  • Strong sense of team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and respond quickly as well as work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the partner software development business as it relates the Claris Platform is a plus
  • Executive presence and high degree of professional maturity
  • Ability to engage all stakeholders including executives
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel domestically


Listen to and collect ongoing, direct, immediate feedback from Claris Partners to improve and fine-tune enablement materials Assist in the development of campaigns with the purpose promoting existing Claris Partners to our community of citizen developers Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal promotion of Claris Partners to citizen developers through web and product experiences Iterate existing partner training and certification programs to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer experience Collaborate with internal teams to package marketing materials for use by our Claris Partners Assist in enhancements to existing Claris Partner recruitment programs to accelerate ecosystem growth Monitor onboarding milestones for new Claris Partners with the goal of continuous improvement through agility
