As a leader in our Business Analytics team, you’ll help bring products to life through innovative supply chain analytics solutions. You will collaborate closely with Apple’s technology groups and logistics partners to create insights throughout the supply chain. You will drive the analytics strategy across business units and product lines, leading our supply chain to meet world-class performance criteria and equipping Apple with what we need for our unique products to exist.  We are seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead a new team in support of strategic initiatives for Americas Logistics. Applying a blend of advanced analytics and business intelligence, you will lead a team that interacts directly with multi-functional teams across Finished Goods Operations, AppleCare Logistics, and Decision Support to define, build and roll-out innovative solutions. This includes empowering the business to analyze information & discover trends and patterns by effectively analyzing input data sources, measuring data quality, running validation exercises, creating scalable solutions and experimenting with predictive analytics. This person will define the roadmap for analytics solutions, aimed at improving our insights and decision making for our evolving business needs.   • Working knowledge of data architecture to efficiently translate business needs to the data engineering teams within AppleCare & Decision Support
  • General knowledge of predictive analytic capabilities in order to identify the proper business use cases and effectively communicate those needs to stakeholders


-Partner with business group leaders to define and develop a consistent set of metrics to both measure performance and guide business planning -Recruit, train, and develop logisticians to utilize leading technologies -Manage the development and implement new reports based on business requirements -Proactively identify new reporting in order to better support business management -Develop clear and concise data summaries for Logistics Leadership, illustrating trends and opportunities for improvement -Acts as escalation point for process and system issues -Assist with new product launch activities

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or relevant field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
