Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Analytics / Forecasting in a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Naturally curious and enjoys the unknown and ambiguity coupled with the ability to think independently along with limited instruction
  • Demonstrated experience creating accurate sales projections, increasing sales productivity, and influencing business partners
  • Utmost ease performing quantitative and financial analyses in a product & service context; able to work comfortably with incomplete information while dealing with ambiguity

Claris is looking for an experienced, driven, upbeat ‘A Player’ to join our US team. This Analyst reports directly to Director-level leadership as part of Claris' sales organization. - Provide actionable insights to help the sales teams improve overall sales productivity - Analyze sales trends and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities - Review territory results to deliver recommendations on resource alignment - Partner with other internal stakeholder teams such as Finance and Marketing - Assist in pricing analysis by calculating price elasticities across key customer segments - Help develop sales plans and objectives - Drive quarterly reviews with the sales and partner teams

Education & Experience

Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience. MBA or Master’s preferred.
