Key Qualifications

  • Experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture
  • 3-5 years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Core abilities to handle complex schedules of multiple streams of work
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
  • Gather requirements and perform gap analysis
  • Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
  • Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and across organizational levels in different geographies

The solutions that the team builds make the customer journey from product purchase to support to repair possible. You will face exciting problems at a large scale in the pursuit of new and creative features, specifically in the realm of AppleCare service contract and warranty management. You will seek the full process of solution engineering: problem and constraints definition and design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives - Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis - Deliver End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with multiple business, engineering and cross functional teams - Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing - Provide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information management plus 7-10 years of experience, or MS degree plus 5-7 years, or equivalent.
