We are seeking a highly motivated self starter to develop and manage digital sales programs that drive to our Line of Business (LOB) goals - working closely as part of a group of cross-functional partners. As our ideal candidate, you are dynamic, results-driven, and enjoy a faced paced, high-change commercial environment. You will have the ability to drive innovative thinking and have a passion for developing sales programs that will create a second to none customer experiences and meet business goals. You will be highly commercial and data driven with a strong analytical mind, very detail oriented coupled with insatiable curiosity and an innate understanding of how to seek out opportunities, solve problems and make things happen.

As the WW Digital Sales Program Manager, you will work as a member of a core team responsible for crafting global programs and initiatives that optimize revenue and customer experience. The programs and segments that you are responsible for may be product focussed in nature and / or more broadly sales development. You will work closely with the Geo leads to understand key opportunities in each of the markets and share best practices. While not commercially driven this role is commercially influenced. You will look at the global performance of the business - from sales to value proposition merchandising to marketing plus external sources to help drive your business development plans You will lead programs from start to finish - from the “why” all the way through to execution and measurement - so analytic skills are important as are the ability to present at an executive level. Partnerships across many other teams is key so experience working cross-functionally and balancing priorities (sometimes opposing) is a priority. To build your programs and initiatives, you will rely on an array of information sources including business performance, data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), insights market opportunities, customer feedback and your own innate understanding of the market, business, Apple’s products and our customers. Understanding your customers and their behavior is a key part of the role also and identifying new sources of customer acquisition.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
