We’re seeking a Technology Sourcing Recruiter to join the camera hardware recruiting team based in Cupertino, CA. In this role you'll have the opportunity to join an amazing, collaborative team responsible for hiring best-in-class talent. As part of the larger People organization, Recruiting acts as the gatekeepers of Apple culture by providing an extraordinary experience to both our internal business partners and candidates. Apple Technical Sourcing Recruiters are strategic partners for the business they work with, and compelling ambassadors of Apple. Create effective sourcing strategies, build lasting relationships with potential candidates, provide a high level of customer service to the business and secure talent in a growing competitive market. This is a contract Technical Sourcing role for 12 months.

Key Qualifications

  • Solid sourcing experience for engineering roles within a corporate technology company
  • Proven background using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill specialized technical roles
  • Expertise utilizing creative sourcing/boolean techniques to identify passive candidates
  • Experience with candidate engagement, phone screening and evaluating candidates fit in an organization
  • Previous experience partnering with engineering hiring managers and recruiters to develop sourcing sourcing strategies
  • Skilled in an applicant tracking database for reporting, organizing and tracking of candidates activity


Identify sourcing channels and conduct market research to identify talent Generate leads and make initial contact with candidates, presenting opportunities within our growing organization Conduct initial assessment of talent Review and evaluate candidate applications and/or resumes against required experience, education, and skills Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and other sourcers to strategize ways to build talent pipelines This position is technically focused so experience with leading-edge hardware products is essential

Education & Experience

Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience
