Key Qualifications

  • Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of data
  • Knowledge of configuration management and BOM structuring (preferably for
  • hardware products)
  • Proficiency managing programs / products using PLM tools (Agile experience preferred, but not required)
  • Results oriented with a bias for action and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and reach to resets and changes in a time sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel up to 15%


The Inbox Operations Program Manager (Inbox OPM) plays a critical role in the launch of iPad and Accessory products, ensuring packaging material readiness for all new and sustaining programs. You will lead within Worldwide Operations to plan and implement packaging design updates, collaborating closely with Engineering, Marketing, Readiness, and factory teams. A successful Inbox OPM is an organized, detail-oriented leader; demonstrates advanced proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software; excels in program / project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Key Responsibilities • Leads Apple and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Operations teams in executing all aspects of our packaging design updates: • Creates Build of Material (BOM) structures using Agile PLM software • Develops and implements plans for First Article Inspection (FAI) of packaging design changes prior to new product launch • Influences packaging design changes and supply chain process improvements in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality • Communicates requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional teams

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree or 3+ years of proven experience
