Key Qualifications

  • You have a proven history of experience in design, ideally from within mature product development organizations
  • Experience across all phases of the product design process — ideation, user research, prototyping, and high fidelity design
  • You are proficient in product design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Principle
  • You are comfortable being the primary or lead designer on product design projects from end to end
  • Excellent Communication skills: you are articulate and communicate design decisions well to varied partners
  • You output work at the level of detail appropriate for the audience and project phase — you know when to show napkin sketches and to whom you should show polished high-fidelity mock-ups

As a senior product designer, you’ll work closely with other designers, writers, engineers, scientists, researchers, and business partners to concept, prototype, and design elegant experiences that help our customers be in control of their health. - Transform requirements (business, engineering restrictions, timeline, user need, etc) into clear design challenges - Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with UX researchers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to fill them - Drive the design process to produce solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and clinical insights - You’ll identify the best design methods to articulate your solutions (flows, prototypes, wireframes, high fidelity design, etc) - You’ll collaborate with engineers during the implementation phase to ensure the product meets design intent and quality standards

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

  • Bonus if your work demonstrates design systems thinking and implementation
  • After Effects or other animation tools a plus
