The Apple Media Products Discovery Fraud and Moderation team is responsible for protecting the integrity of Apple services. As a member in the team, you will collaborate with our global analysts and key cross-functional partners to protect customers from exposure to spam, offensive content and fraudulent content.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in fraud investigation/data analysis/business intelligence
  • Be results-oriented, persistent, and meticulous
  • Analytical and capable of telling stories using data

  • Exercise good judgement and be at ease when dealing with volatile customer issues
  • Can process high volume of information and distill the information down into root cause(s)

  • Additional language skills a plus
  • Experience with SQL, Python a plus


In this role, you will join a global team to evaluate and take action on signs of manipulation. You will help protect the worldwide customer experience of all Apple Media Products. You maintain and extend our established relationships with our business partners in the region. You are independent, can resolve issues accurately and promptly, and escalate issues appropriately. You are passionate about excellence, accuracy and teamwork. You are diligent and don’t shy away from doing investigations on a daily basis. You are creative, comfortable with large amount of data, can stay calm during crunch time, and can follow operational processes and exercise good judgement to support our operational needs. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Analyzing complex data for the purposes of risk mitigation using multiple internal tools for investigations Consistently exercising sound judgement to identify potential problems and provide solutions Participating in and / or leading projects to enhance tools and features Working with teams across Apple to drive results that ensure an excellent customer experience Proposing solutions and making suggestions to improve processes when there’s consistent inefficiency. The candidate must also be prepared to work with minimal supervision while managing a variety of responsibilities.

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent experience
