We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the organic social marketing for Apple Fitness+, across owned and operated channels as well as talent channels. The ideal candidate has experience directly running and managing owned social channels, delivering social media campaigns across multiple platforms, and a deep understanding of community management. If you are a storyteller, detail-oriented, organized and collaborative; a heavy user of a variety of social platforms with an intuitive understanding of behavioral and technology trends; and if you're current with social platform features, related content formats and requirements, then please apply!

Key Qualifications

  • - 3+ years social media experience, including scheduling and calendar management, copywriting, and publishing
  • - Hands-on experience of building communities on social
  • - Someone who understands all aspects of social media including channels, platforms, content, analytics, tools and creative
  • - Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with ability to write concisely in a variety of voices across platforms
  • - Building trackable links for social posts - a crucial step in reporting on the success criteria of our campaigns
  • - Experienced in creation of social narratives through written and visual content
  • - An organized individual who can keep track of multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
  • - Meticulous attention to detail
  • - A self-starter who is excited to take on small projects to execute from start to finish
  • - Experience working directly with agencies and other external partners to collaborate on social marketing efforts, as well as talent

Description

- You will be responsible for scheduling + posting organic social posts on platforms, particularly - Instagram - Lead day-to-day community management - listening, drafting and pitching relevant and fun responses to fans, talent, and partners in line with our guidelines and tone of voice, as well as identifying and escalating issues, and working alongside cross-functional teams to build responses - Monitor owned and earned social posts, flagging any opportunities, feedback, or potential issues - You will lead social asset management, sourcing and delivery - maintaining organization of those materials and approval process support - Support Social Manager in their day-to-day operations - Be part of and work with multiple cross-functional teams on planning and executing integrated campaigns and projects on social - Help to develop and manage content development with agencies and partners - Be flexible, committed, and willing to work nights and weekends as needed
