As part of the regional Business Process Re-engineering team (BPR), and broader WW BPR group, the regional change manager will focus on the people side of change, including business processes, systems and technologies impacting the teams. Working closely with the global change team, you will support the creation and a delivery of change strategies, and plans to help teams in region maximise their adoption of new solutions by honing methods of effective and sustained behaviour change. Key Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience of implementing change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
  • Experience of project management approaches, tools and phases of a project life-cycle
  • Strong understanding of how people journey through change, as well as the change process itself.
  • Experience in partner engagements and roll-outs.
  • Experience with communications and marketing approaches
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, highly matrix environments, and support other cross program work-streams, as necessary.
  • Organised, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning and turn strategy into tangible deliverables.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Good business insight and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Past experience with developing communications and training material.
  • Ability to identify engaging communication channels to support partner onboarding.

- Participate in design workshops to understand the transformation vision. - Collaborate with global regional teams to; - Assess the impact of our solutions on partners and identify the communications and training materials needed to inform, support, and encourage partners. - Develop partner segmentation and onboarding strategies. - Partner with global and regional leads, and other stakeholders to understand needs, develop materials, and support onboarding activities. - Develop global deliverables to be used to “sell-in” the technology solution to partners, including communication needs to support partner onboarding. - Partner with program team resources to develop global communication messages and support the regional localisation of materials. - Monitor and adapt strategies and materials based on feedback from teams. - Identify and manage translation and localization of communication and training materials, where required. - Clearly communicate expectations and timelines with leadership, business, change management resources and regional teams. - Track, monitor and support partner engagement and onboarding execution. - Track, monitor and support in usage and adoption of partner engagement activities. - Track and support local execution of communications and training activities by regional teams. - Review deliverables developed by consultant resources to ensure quality and value.

Education & Experience

- BA/BS or equivalent degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Organisational behaviour or Industrial / Organisational Psychology or related relevant experience.
