The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development and growth of digital strategies across Apple’s online sales channels. We create consistent brand experiences in the digital world, enable new online sales programs, drive online content strategies with Apple partners, and architect sales and technology programs to enable superior customer experiences and higher Apple channel sales. The WW Digital Channel team closely monitors and measures the Apple Channel customer experience across channel partners’ digital web pages and touch points including search, inventory, price, content, advertisements, brand store pages, and many others. We continually work to optimize these touch points and webpages to ensure Apple customers in channel always have a best-in-class experience. Our tools are critical to help Apple channel account teams filter through the huge volume of data across the eCommerce experience. The Digital Experience & PAW Product Leader will oversee a portfolio of these tools that focus on improving channel digital experience. Digital Experience Monitoring is an eCommerce data collection and synthesis web tool that helps account teams monitor key aspects of the online digital journey such as search, inventory, pricing, content, media and more. PAW or Partner Assessment Web tool helps account teams benchmark their channel partners’ level of digital sophistication through a scorecard survey web interface. With scorecards, Apple account teams can better influence new initiatives with global partners to improve how Apple products are merchandising and deployed on global eCommerce sites.

Key Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in a eCommerce, Digital, or Omni-channel retail experience.
  • Knowledge and expertise of collaboration tools Quip, Wrike, Chorus, or others
  • Global mindset.
  • Experience with data science teams, data flows, and eCommerce b2b tools.


Work with global Apple sales teams in driving new features, functionality, and capabilities for our internal customer experience tools. Lead a team of product managers to plan roadmaps, develop prototypes, test new features, and launch and deploy to our Apple user base. Work with internal and external engineering teams to build technical requirements, prepare development sprints & timelines, test and QA new prototype features, and deploy to Apple teams. Onboard new users to the platform, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners. Ensure successful weekly and daily data operations across eCommerce catalog data and digital assets Support, track, and ensure implementation and publishing of new Apple product content (NPI) Oversee developer ticket and support systems and processes to ensure bug fixes and quality assurance SLAs are managed

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree, MBA (preferred)
