Key Qualifications

  • 10-15 yrs of experience in analytics or consulting roles with a strong track record of solving complex analytical problems and positively influencing business outcomes
  • Strong leadership and management skills and passion to cultivate and grow high-performing teams
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising and performance marketing landscape
  • Proficiency with technical tools and systems such as SQL, Tableau, scripting languages and data science/analytics techniques
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and personal accountability with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent research, project management, and organizational skills


We are looking for a smart, motivated Analytics Manager to support our growing advertising business. In this role, you will work within our Sales Operations team to support and empower the sales organization by building impactful analyses and insights. You’ll help us architect foundational data sets, establish strategies and priorities based on empirical observations, measure success and partner with other functions with Advertising Platforms and Apple. Build a world-class analytics team responsible for monitoring business and program performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights Define, prioritize and optimize opportunities that deliver customer value and increase return on advertising inventory Develop and manage a high-performing analytics team that’s deeply ingrained in the business Collaborate with our regional sales operations team to implement programs that carry out our sales strategy Partner cross-functional with other departments that complement our channel sales strategy (Marketing, Product, Data Science)

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, software engineering or business administration. MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
