We’re seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our Touch & Sensing Hardware Engineering Recruiting team based in Cupertino, CA. Our recruiting team is focused on delivering best-in-class recruiting service to our Engineering teams on the leading edge of technology.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles
  • Proven experience partnering and building productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
  • Have experience in diversity recruiting and able to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • Ability to influence business by reporting and analyzing recruiting data
  • Attention to detail, consistent communication & meticulous organization skills while managing multiple hiring teams
  • Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to changing priorities
  • Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through and client service
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with ambiguity


As a Technical Recruiter at Apple, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Apple. You will be responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through Apple's selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for leading intake meetings & recruiting meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauging progress and identifying potential obstacles. As the recruiter you will be responsible for sharing reports, data and dashboards to hold both hiring teams and recruiting teams accountable for desired results.

Education & Experience

BA/BS Degree and 3+ years of engineering/technical recruiting experience
