Apple is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial product manager with a passion for marketing technologies to help grow and support Apple Music and other services across the Apple Services team. The Sr. Product Manager will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple to design, develop, connect and implement technology solutions that enable meaningful conversations with our customers, on their device. We believe the role would place you in a highly-energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry where you would be inspired to share your years of experience along with providing extraordinary support for the team.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience, both as a product manager and as a hands-on user of B2C advertising/marketing technology
  • Experience building platforms from the ground up with a keen eye for user interface and creative problem solving
  • A sophisticated understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
  • Experience working with development teams to scope and implement new products
  • Deep experience capturing user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Experience driving significant impact in matrixed structures using positive influence of co-workers, leadership, and business partners
  • Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
  • You create, build, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, are flexible in nature, able to tackle challenges all while keeping a sense of humor

Description

This role will be responsible for capturing requirements and use cases from various teams, and identify necessary key platform capabilities. Assessing and recommending solutions to deliver the required capabilities, while determining a product roadmap. You will drive initiatives through to execution while focusing on project and status transparency, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and aware throughout the process. Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including product, marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, business development and design teams Creatively problem solve and propose solutions, while understanding the known limitations and resource constraints Evangelize the roadmap and act as driving force behind the work at all levels, across all functions

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree preferred; MS/MA/MBA a plus
