Summary Do you enjoy the technology courses in your classroom or would you rather gain practical work experience in the laboratory? Are you interested in working on iPhone, Watch, Mac, or other amazing Apple products? You can work alongside our world-class reliability engineers on revolutionary new products! Apple’s innovative hardware reliability engineering team is looking for an intern for our Shanghai Reliability Lab. This lab is home of state-of-the-art test equipment for evaluating the performance of new products and provides a training ground for engineers and operators in China – the focus of this team is to ensure that our products exceed our customer’s expectations for robustness, durability, and reliability. You will support building the lab’s testing capabilities and focusing on the small details to make day-to-day activities running smoothly. Your success will allow us to identify and correct design issues quickly.

Key Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in B.S. or M.S. Engineering degree programs
  • Software programming, Electronic or Electrical engineering, Telecommunication, Material engineering, Statistics.
  • Open to the other science or engineering major.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office application

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to, - Review post testing specimens with factory and Apple Engineers. - Input the judgement to data system - Summarize the failures type difference - Program tools for data collection
