Our Content Security team is seeking a Training & Awareness Lead, a newly created role, to build, deliver, and scale innovative and creative training, awareness, and adoption programs on content security requirements for Original Content teams at Apple (including vendors and production personnel). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where both individual drive and team collaboration are the keys to success. This role requires an individual with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to engage cross-functionally with various internal, production, and original content business units and partners.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years in content security, security, technology, or compliance roles
  • 5+ years experience successfully leading training and awareness projects
  • Experience creating engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Knowledgeable of complexities and learning styles in various geographies
  • Experience with translation or localization of content
  • Experience dealing with emerging trends in adult learning theories and instructional design best practices and their potential impact to improving security
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to optimally communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Driven to automate and improve security awareness processes
  • Willingness to think creatively to bring creative solutions to complex situations
  • Strong analytical skills; Excellent orientation to both the details and the bigger picture

Description

You will work as part of the embedded Apple Information Security (Content Security) team to help secure the creation, management, and delivery of our original content & related confidential information through awareness programming and right-fit communication, including responsibilities to: - Build and deliver strategies, methodologies, communications campaigns, and training plans to raise the awareness of Content Security policies and services to all Original Content employees, contractors, vendors, and production personnel. - Build relationships and partner with appropriate peer teams (e.g., internal learning & development, communications, corporate info sec awareness) in addition to relevant training vendors and our Original Content clients - Develop a comprehensive Content Security awareness program, leveraging and integrating with the above partners as applicable; utilizing a variety of training, awareness, and communications methods (e.g., instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based) - Identify appropriate mechanisms to distribute awareness materials (including analysis and implementation of educational systems as warranted) - Develop and distribute regular, targeted communications to applicable partners on various content security topics - Seek continual improvement and recommend and/or implement innovative solutions and adjustments to the content security training and awareness program - Evaluate effectiveness of training and awareness program components, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures and adjusting as necessary to maximize impact - Coordinate with client and partner teams to ensure that content security education and awareness needs are aligned and satisfied for all stakeholders - Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training and awareness program - Coordinate and execute on other content security efforts as needed

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Experience in Communications, Training, or similar - Experience designing and writing training/awareness content, and evaluating eLearnings - Vendor/studio/entertainment company experience, ideally in the content security space - Experience managing and troubleshooting Learning Management Systems is a plus - Knowledge of content creation lifecycle (production, post-production, etc.) is a plus - 3+ years experience successfully running content security services in a media & entertainment environment is a plus - Experience working with corporate Information Security teams is a plus

Additional Requirements

  • - Position will reside in Culver City, California and will require up to 10% travel (domestic & international); longer periods may necessitated by business need and demand.
