Apple is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated attorney to support Apple’s enterprise business. The role provides a unique opportunity to join Apple’s commercial legal team.

Key Qualifications

  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong drafting skills are required.
  • Strong client relation and collaboration skills are essential, as is a willingness to work hard.
  • Complex commercial negotiation experience required.
  • Commercial litigation and dispute resolution (formal and informal) experience a plus.


You will serve as legal counsel to Apple’s enterprise business. The role will require you to counsel the business on a wide range of legal and commercial issues related to the sale of products and services to enterprise customers. You will have the opportunity to advise on all aspects of the customer life cycle. You will also work with the broader legal team to support Apple’s sales teams in the United States and around the world.

Education & Experience

JD or equivalent, excellent academic credentials, and admission to at least one US state bar.
