As member of Apple’s Cellular RF System Engineering Team you will do concept work for innovative wireless products used by millions.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Cellular RF Systems Engineering or Cellular RF Design in a technical leadership position.
  • In depth knowledge of RF architectures from antenna to analog base band processing and converter topologies, with special focus on FR2 / mmWave.
  • Good knowledge of Cellular Radio/3GPP Standards (GSM, UMTS, LTE, LTE-A, 5G NR FR1, 5G NR FR2) which includes RF aspects as well as system use cases.
  • Shown track of record defining and delivering RF system and design from requirements definition to product launch.
  • Proven understanding of mmWave architectures, associated impairments, performance and cost optimization.
  • Experience in system modeling and dimensioning.
  • This role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate across technical domains and cultures to deliver the best possible technical performance and products.


As an RF mmWave RX architect you will be a part of an experienced System Engineering team. - You will be tasked with driving innovation of cellular transceiver architectures with special focus on mmWave. - Your work will define the specification of current and future Cellular RF receiver line-ups in close collaboration with a wide team of specialists from the first idea till the final product. - You will work closely with platform architects, product design and antenna teams, RF circuit design teams and ultimately drive RF technology innovation to meet the challenges of next generation wireless components.

Education & Experience

BSEE or MSEE is required. We would prefer a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
