We are seeking an extraordinary Lifecycle Solutions Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) and Consumer Recycling initiatives including but not limited to consumer recycling trade-in, internal reuse, resale, refurbishment, part harvesting, and donations to enable best in class recovery and a second life for products, parts, and materials. This role requires a strong blend of operations, market channel knowledge, customer focus, and an eye for business.

Key Qualifications

  • - 3+ years of program management in data centers, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, shipping/receiving, finance, or reverse logistics operations. Experience includes user engagement and supporting seamless systems.
  • - Experience reviewing and testing UX’s.
  • - Experience with asset or material management systems
  • - Experience with IT environments, OEM’s, operations and/or logistics across multiple sites preferred.
  • - Experience with device trade-in, direct to consumer and mail back programs a plus
  • - Extensive awareness and understanding of relevant industry trends and best practices to ensure IT asset management and customer facing initiatives are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory and industry trends.
  • - Exceptional ability with root cause analysis to drive high profile processes.
  • - Data-driven and willing to take action with a critical eye for attention to detail.
  • - Enthusiastic and detailed while managing several projects. Ability to work cross functionally with business partners and customers to solve problems and create value.
  • - Possesses deep experience in asset and material management. Experience maximizing asset value recovery by developing a solid and extensive remarketing ecosystem and managing service providers.

The Lifecycle Solutions Senior Program Manager will partner with cross functional stakeholder groups to drive best-in-class ITAD and recycling trade-in programs. You effectively analyze and present data to enable optimal decisions on lifecycles, markets, carbon benefits, and user experience. This role covers the full spectrum of reuse and resale down to driving consumer end-of-life product trade-in to recovering materials to advance our 2030 carbon goals. In this role, you will also support a rich, engaging and consistent experience for customers who want to recycle their products. You’ll join a team of recycling and reuse enthusiasts driving innovative end-of-use processes that will set the bar for the industry, all while reducing our environmental impact and improving cost efficiency.

Education & Experience

BS/BA or MS/MBA degree in an industrial, computer science, business, finance, or environmental related discipline, with 3+ years of program management experience in data centers, warehousing, trade-in, e-recycling, inventory management, shipping/receiving, finance, or reverse logistics operations.
