Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience related to workplace management, facilities services, and/or workplace experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing, high growth environment.
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization and working cross functionally on a variety of projects.
  • Works with peers and management to promote and maintain a collaborative workplace.
  • Expertise in verbal and written communication with customers groups and all levels in the organization.
  • Experience in planning, coordination and completing multiple client needs.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the team and customers.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Thrives in a sophisticated and changing environment.

  • Solid understanding of Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS).


This role provides a central resource to the Apple TV+ Team for Space Planning, Events and Facilities services and support. Collaborates with Culver Site Services teams including Space Planning, Shipping, Receiving, & Mail, Reprographics, the Print Program, Reception & Badge Services and Operations and Maintenance. Responsibilities • The Facilities Building Manager will assist with the oversight of all Apple TV+ work space throughout Culver City. • Works closely with TV+ organization to understand headcount growth and space requirements. • Works collaboratively with construction project management teams throughout design and construction to provide expert insight into Apple TV+ business needs. • Manages seating assignments, moves, deletions and relocations within the TV+ organization. • Audits workspace and ensures seating data is accurate. • Schedule and Coordinate various onsite events. • Liaison between the Executive Team and various facilities services. • Coordinates hospitality and the visitor experience. • Reports facility repair needs and coordinates access as needed. • Partners with Caffe Team in the deployment of foodservice. • Works with Apple Security to maintain and manage security access levels for all TV+ spaces. • Monitors janitorial service levels and maintenance activities. • Communicate to building occupants information regarding events, closures, construction and other building impacts.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
