The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development of digital strategies across Apple channels. It is creating a consistent brand experience in the digital world, whether it is on a partner’s website or on global marketplaces or on social commerce. The WW Digital Channel Team serves as the center of expertise on eCommerce and will be instrumental in unlocking Apple’s potential in enhancing customer experience, brand presence and sales growth across digital channels. We are seeking a digital product manager to develop and deploy digital products that revolutionize partner engagements and transform Apple’s customer experience across global digital channels. This role will be instrumental to drive the connection of work between teams across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations to ensure effective rollout of WW digital programs for key partners.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recent experience in eCommerce analytics, digital sales analytics, retail analytics or similar industry
  • Prior analytics experience in developing and analyzing data sources from various eCommerce analytics and data platforms (e.g., Adobe analytics, Google analytics)
  • Proven experience succeeding in managing complex, analytics-focused initiatives in sales or across matrixes and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to personally deliver large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Innovative thinking to approach analytics problems and challenges from multiple angles
  • Experience working with traditional open-source analytics packages to develop, assess, refine, and deploy models to create advanced analytic insights
  • Proven experience leveraging reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Dataiku, Spotfire, Power BI) to generate clear insights
  • Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Willing to take action and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment


Work closely with regional sales teams to drive digital growth and generate analytic and reporting insights to help increase penetration of key digital programs and agreements with partners Drive regular data and insights reviews and plans with regional teams Regularly communicate program status and roadmap to key partners and leadership Leverage analytics best practices to develop methodologies in statistics and machine learning to to deliver action-oriented insights Develop metrics to measure the success of programs and identify areas for improvement Partner closely with WW business teams and regional digital teams to help deliver insights that will help scale programs to all partners globally Establish testing roadmaps to continuously optimize program performance

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree, MBA (preferred)
