The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development and growth of digital strategies across Apple’s online sales channels. We create consistent brand experiences in the digital world, enable new online sales programs, drive online content strategies with Apple partners, and architect sales and technology programs to enable superior customer experiences and higher Apple channel sales. The WW Digital Channel team is building a new eCommerce experience and platform partnership program with hundreds of third-party merchants across 90+ different countries. This partnership allows third party merchants the opportunity to sell Apple products and services across eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Adobe Commerce. We are seeking an eCommerce platform product leader who can support these third-party merchants to join, adopt, integrate, and deploy to this Apple curated platform over a multi-year digital transformation strategic initiative. As the leader of the product team, this person will be responsible for achieving strategic, operational, and tactical individual and team goals and milestones. Key to this is the the development and migration of these third party merchants, managing roadmaps for multiple Shopify and Adobe Commerce programs, managing global system integrators and agencies, and delivering the program to ultimately grow online sales.

Lead a team of product managers, program managers, external agency and system integrators, UX designers, content analyst, and solution architects to execute a global platform migration of Apple merchant partners across 90 countries. Develop global architecture, commercial models, governance, CX and merchandising guidelines, partnership programs with eCommerce platform providers, third-party developer agreements across personalization, affordability, consumer financing, payments vendors, and more, and launch and scale and drive adoption of merchants to these platforms, tools, and processes. Lead global program communications, sell-ins and pitches, organizational planning, technology budgets, negotiations with large partners, and internal and external resources and staff. Strategize and architect complex Apple integrations related to digital content, analytics, Apple services such as AppleCare, Apple Pay, and Apple Maps and more. Lead architecture and technology planning related to eCommerce hosting, security, infoSec, privacy, site performance, platform licensing, technical support and more.

Education & Experience

BS required; MBA preferred.
