The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development and growth of digital strategies across Apple channels. We create consistent brand experiences in the digital world, enable new online sales programs, drive online content strategies with Apple partners, and architect technology programs to enable superior customer experiences and higher Apple channel sales. The WW Digital Channel team closely monitors and measures the Apple Channel customer experience across channel partners’ digital web pages and touch points including search, inventory, price, content, advertisements, brand store pages, and many others. We continually work to optimize these touch points and webpages to ensure Apple customers in channel always have a best-in-class experience. Our tools are critical to help Apple channel account teams filter through the huge volume of data across the eCommerce experience. The senior product manager for Digital Shelf Analytics will serve as a leader on the Digital Channel team to develop these tools, integrate other capabilities, explore new user features, data analytics, and technology solutions to power Apple’s channel digital shelf analytics.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in a eCommerce product management or program management.
  • Experience with data science teams, data flows, and eCommerce b2b tools.
  • Knowledge and expertise of collaboration tools Quip, Wrike, Chorus, or others
  • Experience in tool training, onboarding, and communication of technical information for non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of product information management systems, eCommerce catalog databases, or digital content management systems
  • Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
  • Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Experience setting, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps, etc.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Action-oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment


Lead global Apple sales teams in driving new features, functionality, and capabilities for our digital shelf analytics platform Work with internal and external engineering teams to build technical requirements, prepare development sprints & timelines, test and QA new prototype features, and deploy to Apple teams. Onboard new users to the platform, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners. Ensure successful weekly and daily data operations across eCommerce catalog data and digital assets Support, track, and ensure implementation and publishing of new Apple product content (NPI) Oversee developer ticket and support systems and processes to ensure bug fixes and quality assurance SLAs are managed

Education & Experience

BS required; MBA preferred.
