This role will manage key local retail partners in Chile to pursue exponential sales growth of our consumer products including Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Beats & Accessories. You will deliver market share and revenue targets from key partners and ensure planning and execution of demand generation activities developed in close collaboration with our partner communication team. You will ensure the best customer experience for Apple products at the point of sale by developing solid project management capabilities. In addition, you will influence Retail partners to perform against short- and-long term company goals. Please Note: This is a temporary position of up to 6 months in duration

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of sales/trade marketing experience with in-depth understanding of Retail consumer markets
  • Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Luxury/premium market knowledge desireable


Ensure Chile's program is aligned with the rest of Latin America from a business model, store design, branding, merchandising and demand generation perspective. Build and maintain a strong relationship with partners, developing a focused and productive alliance with Apple. This includes developing quarterly business plans, sales targets, promotions and training. - Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for Apple products while ensuring growth and increased profitability for our partners. - Develop an expansion roadmap including number of stores, locations, business plans and store briefs. - Build an outstanding in-store customer experience through exceptional in-store maintenance, merchandising and customer interaction, achieving high scores in mystery shopper audits - Partner with the training team to identify needs and to develop quarterly training strategy to ensure optimal product knowledge. - Support product launch and merchandising strategies in partnership with marketing. - Deliver timely and accurate weekly sales forecasting and reporting to identify variation from targets and to implement proactive/corrective action. - Establish a weekly meeting with partners to revise performance and follow up on quarterly plans/projects

Education & Experience

College degree required. Post-graduate degree a plus
