The Digital Operations Training and Knowledge Management Program Manager is a key member of Digital Business Solutions (DBS) Shared Services Organization accountable for creation and delivery of our Real Estate, Design, Development, Merchandising (RDDM) Digital Strategy. Our team provides strategic guidance, oversight and delivery for cross-functional projects, training, and support for RDDM’s Digital Strategy. This role assists with productizing and implementing internally built and industry leading tools in Apple's RDDM Digital Ecosystem!

Key Qualifications

  • Tenured in the Real Estate, Development, Design, or Technology industry with 3+ years of proven experience
  • Proven ability to create a learning and development program focused on digital tools
  • Ability to create cross-functional training and knowledge management programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity in a dynamic speed to market environment
  • Strong partnership management skills
  • Understanding of Real Estate Technology Applications and Processes
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Best Practices


Elevate RDDM’s users experience by crafting and launching a Digital Training Strategy and Program using industry best practices for all digital tools in the department and supervises a client facing Technology Support Team. Improve both DBS and internal business partners user experience building a Communication and Tool Release Strategy for DBS Tools. This includes improving current tool deployment with updated workflow and process. Assist with User Acceptance Planning Program while partnering with Tech Product Managers Creates standard procedures for engagements for both DBS and internal clients. Develop and launch a Communication and Tool Release Strategy for RDDM Tools. Assist Digital Business Solutions Leader with other initiatives that help drive adoption and use of key tools. Project Manage assigned Cross-Functional Tool Development in partnership with client teams and internal DBS team.

Education & Experience

Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, Technology, and/or Business preferred or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
