Focusing on internal initiatives, this role will build relationships across Apple’s Ecosystem, looking for growth and retention opportunities. This role will oversee the launch of specific growth programs for News+, closely monitoring efficacy to provide insights on performance and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements. This role requires the ability to consistently re-evaluate priorities, while keeping the cross-functional group motived and goal oriented. This is a full-time position and is located in our Culver City, CA offices.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in subscription, direct to consumer companies
  • Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives
  • Shown ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights, prioritize and articulate ideas into easy to consume presentations and briefs
  • Ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills


Partner with analytics teams to provide regular performance reports Analyze the performance data to identify drivers of any variances from projections Liaise between different teams to ensure projects/campaigns are on track Work with the marketing and product teams to determine, identify and implement optimizations Assess opportunities and coordinate testing plans and bespoke tactics with internal partnerships teams Help identify missing tools and drive urgency for enhancements related to Commerce platform support
