The Apple Area Sales Manager (ASM) Manager is focused on growing Apple sales and solutions across a territory of retail locations by employing and further developing outstanding ASM staff, and delivering aggressive growth in sales. Additionally, the ASM Manager will work with store management and develop relationships that facilitate their ability to monitor the Apple business and ensure its continued growth. Along with the ASM Manager will be responsible for the creation of a culture of excellence and collaboration within ASM community.

Staff management Hire and develop ASMs who will demonstrate a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure ASMs are developing members of their virtual teams and Apple Champions, and are knowledgeable on all Apple products and promotions. Maintain high levels of customer service, satisfaction and integrity, ensuring all ASMs act within the Apple code of conduct. Provide performance management to staff as needed, in accordance with Apple guidelines. Ensure consistent focus on training and career development for all staff. Utilise business reporting to deliver effective rostering and staff improvements. Champion ASM community and its needs with other parts of the wider business Retail Sales and Service Increase Apple sales at stores in assigned territory, meeting forecast hardware sell-through targets and attach rate targets on beyond the box retail solutions Establish and maintain an outstanding relationship with in-store management Establish communications between ASMs and in-store general and regional management Implement and deliver Apple directed initiatives and leverage relevant strategies and programmes Marketing and Communication Work with ASM location store managers to develop and achieve improvements Ensure that Apple product merchandising is executed according to agreed guidelines and standards Work with Consumer Marketing team to implement proactive, measurable marketing programmes that drive sales Apple Values

Education & Experience

Ideally has a Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent education. Minimum 8 years professional experience in channel management or you bring experience as an Account Executive for a technology based company. Fluent in English. Other languages and local dialects will be a plus
