Apple seeks an extraordinary, customer service focused and motivated person to join our team as a Customer Service and Safety Security Lead. A security background is terrific but not necessary. We want the right person and can train for the job. This is an interesting and meaningful role responsible for the safety and security of Apple’s employees, customers and buildings throughout Santa Clara Valley.

Description

Oversee a shift of up to 30 Customer Service & Safety Specialists, GSOC Operators and Supervisors to provide 24/7 cover-age to support Apple’s employees, customers and buildings Ability to train, coach, and mentor the team Provide verbal and written feedback and performance evaluations Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service through radio dispatch, phone, and email Respond to safety and security events, issues, staffing deficiencies and other management requests Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED as certified Monitor and maintain timekeeping systems, records, and coordinate administrative scheduling Ensure the team is outfitted with the equipment they need to succeed A dependable teammate with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
