The Program Manager will play a critical role in developing and driving a growing portfolio of work across Apple’s Online platforms, with a focus on eCommerce Marketplaces. The role will be an interface between cross-functional teams and external partners to manage and deliver roadmaps for both capital and non capital projects. It will also oversee end-to-end planning and reporting functions, while leading cross functional meetings and driving change management across the organization. The right candidate must have demonstrated the ability to deliver major innovative projects with deep expertise in global digital trends, and consumer shopping behavior within the eCommerce Marketplaces. This role is highly collaborative and we are looking for an experienced leader to build and drive end-to-end high quality Program Management.

Description

In this role, you will quickly build your experience by being exposed to the breadth of Apple Retail Online’s Operations by handling new product introductions, promotions and be a subject matter representing Apple’s online customers in all Retail Online capabilities development. In a nutshell, your role is to bring the customer point of view to the rest of the cross functional partners, and stitch across multiple teams (i.e. Retail Customer Care, Partnerships, Market Development, Product, Legal, Government Affairs, Retail Fulfilment Operations, Engineering) within the Apple Retail Online eco-system to ensure all operational risks are deeply thought of and documented. Post promotion and product launches activities, you will be encouraged to devise and lead opportunities for business process improvements and influence internal change management.

Education & Experience

Minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience working within a product, project, or program management role. Must have experience working in a hands-on global role, with total ownership for driving projects in their portfolio. Demonstrated experience should include an interface role between business and technical teams. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization, whether with a peer or via a discussion with senior leadership. Experience working with e-Commerce systems and technologies is a huge differentiator and is a preferred skillset. Bachelors, Masters, or MBA required. Certified PMP or Scrum Master a plus but not required.
