The Assisted Sales Area Manager will be responsible for managing multiple teams — Chat Sales, Phone Sales, and Personal Set up — by providing focused, agile and empowering support across multiples markets. The focus will be on developing effective teams and great partnership, driving sales performance, promoting innovative practices and ownership, in order to deliver a world class brand experience for both employees and customers.

Description

In this role you will inspire team managers on initiatives to improve various aspects of the business. This includes customer satisfaction, executing strategies according to business requirements from upper management but also creating strategies that aim to empower teams and drive business performance. You will ensure continuous improvement of all key business metrics, processes and customer engagement model, making recommendations in strategic direction and operational strategies, including incentive sales program, projects, product or promo launch support. As a leader, you effectively execute management and administrative tasks such as staff meetings, employee development, calibration between sites and project management. Contribute to policy planning, program development, staffing and budget planning, identifying trends and forecast business needs are an integral part of this role. The Assisted Sales Area Manager also leads multiple teams on delivering exceptional pre and post sales customer service around Apple’s product lines; interacting with various stakeholders to partner on team readiness and seamless execution; helping to create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique relationship managed experience; understand the Apple ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms and; convey the positivity of Apple’s corporate values to our employees and ultimately our customers. Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
