The Customer Journeys Design Team conceptualizes, designs and creates the strategy, content, and experience to promote engagement and acquisition for some of Apple’s most visible products including Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple News, Fitness, and more.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years significant experience with a portfolio demonstrating innovation and strong visual and UX design.
- Proven ability to create and direct amazing in-product media customer journeys
- Possess a sophisticated understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
- You will have an innovative vision for our content and media experiences
- Experience designing work for a variety of platforms and use cases, and a deep understanding of its impact across devices, experiences and scenarios
- Conceptual problem solver who is strategically centered
- Exceptional ability to deliver highly-resolved work at the intersection of culture and design
- Outstanding ability to clearly and concisely communicate concepts and ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership
- Ability to manage, drive and design visual design work for multiple situations
- Fluency with any of the following: graphic design, video, animation, UX, prototyping and storytelling
- A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to wider creative teams
- Demonstrate strong user experience sensibilities with an uncanny level of curiosity
- Have a passion for collaborating with other creatives, and can use their rapport to align others around their vision
Description
The Apple Services product design team is seeking a designer to be part of developing global multi-platform and multi-product customer experiences.
You are an expansive problem solver, designer, but most of all you're a storyteller. At Apple, you will design breathtaking and engaging customer experiences within our products—from establishing the look and feel of our experiences on our platforms across our services.
You will be a culture driver with an outstanding eye for detail, a keen sense of what matters and a belief that they can make a big difference. This is a role is for a true creative. A communicator, and problem solver who wants to have their hands in many things at once. You know how to tell stories, on any platform, that drive engagement. You have an intimate understanding of UI/UX and product design, while keeping an active pulse on trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in fast paced organizations.
Education & Experience
BS/BA degree preferred
