Apple’s Commercial Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the WW and AMR Demand Generation team within Apple Retail. The Demand Generation role will drive strategy and execution for paid search, affiliates, partners, and customer lifecycle communications. All to drive significant growth for Apple’s Retail channel. As a senior leader we are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in leading a team of seasoned digital marketers, developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and brand equity in the digital space. This leader will have direct responsibility for AMR and work cross functionally as the WW lead in AMR with counterparts in EMEA and APAC.

Key Qualifications

  • 15+ years marketing experience, client or agency side
  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing/commerce initiatives with significant budgets
  • Experience managing a seasoned team of marketers
  • Extensive knowledge of the paid search and affiliate space with demonstrated success driving quality and efficient revenue at a large scale
  • Lead development of annual and quarterly plans to set a marketing vision
  • Deep experience within the AMR market and latest mobile commerce trends
  • Lead complex CRM and customer lifecycle engines
  • Able to identify business challenges, use insights, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
  • Experience in establishing clear goals and success metrics
  • Able to connect dots across information, work streams, and people to inform the work
  • Adept at solving problems and delivering results through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
  • Give direction that results in development of clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
  • Experience working in a global organization on multi-market, multi-language projects
  • Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
  • Curious, self-starter
  • Able to engage and influence partners at all levels
  • Retail and product launch experience preferred

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject preferred but not required
