Key Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Apple products and programs such as iCal and Keynote (or MS equivalents)
  • Flexibility/adaptability as this position has a large range of tasks and changes with the team’s growth and organizational pivots
  • Ability to use tact, discretion and good judgement at all times, especially when exposed to confidential material
  • Ability to work in rapid pace environments with many changing requirements
  • Strong partnership and social skills; able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers
  • CAD/CAM or mechanical engineering skills a plus

Description

As a Bid Manager with the PRL, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support and balance multiple tasks under timelines. You are a highly-motivated, customer-centric professional who enjoys both general administrative tasks as well as operational and project management activities. Key support activities will include supporting the operations, facilities, and maintenance teams with day to day tasks. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: - All outbound vendor shipment preparation (scheduling, packing and hand off to carriers) - All inbound receiving of vendor shipments (receiving in business system, payment processing tasks, delivery to customer/inspection) - Vendor and maintenance assistance, including escorting and documentation - Assist with shop operations

Education & Experience

- AA/AS degree
