We provide technical sales consulting and support with the objective of redefining the way people work, teach, or learn.

Key Qualifications

  • You understand that in order to be effective, you need to know your customer's industry trends and their organisations priorities, initiatives and transformation goals. You focus on discovery of customer details and their current state. You can align all of this information and engage customers broadly - at LOB & IT executive levels.
  • When an approach to something feels too complicated to be right, it probably is. How a device is deployed and managed affects both IT and end users - often defining how they feel about our devices and impacting their efficiency. You prescribe deployment practices that yield efficiencies for IT and a seamless user experience - promoting Apple best practices and services.
  • You work well with Apple's strategic partners, resellers and carriers to build, deliver, and communicate differentiated technical solutions including Apple Products and services. You know who these extended team members are and you can work with them to bring these solutions to the prospect or customer.
  • Success depends on your ability to get things done. Your strong collaboration, attention to detail, and technical guidance increases the technical readiness of your customers (partners). This technical readiness is the platform on which your account team builds success for our customers.
  • Communication is key. When devices aren't able to communicate accurately on the network, capabilities are significantly diminished and sometimes the device cannot fulfil it's intended use. This poor user experience can negatively impact our customer's business as well as deter them from adopting additional Apple technology. You promote networking standard methodologies with your customers and align them with resources to remedy networking issues and stay abreast of the latest trends.
  • Apple has a tightly coordinated set of programs to enable deployment of Apple products with Apple Business Manager, Apple Professional Services, support with AppleCare, and beta testing with AppleSeed for IT. You help partners and customers understand the best route forward, and how to make the best use of our tools.
  • You have a deep understanding of the infrastructure needed to support sophisticated customer use-cases on Apple platforms, as well as where our partners can provide solutions. You are able to help identify a customer's existing investments, advocate for standard processes and align resources to accelerate their implementation.
  • Success is a result of careful planning. To further the customer’s Apple journey or the partner’s Apple business, the FE collaborates with the account team to ensure that the account plans include the right technical motions and owns that part of the plan.
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred.


You work collaboratively across Apple, our Major Accounts’ and Education organisations, channel and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work, teach or learn. You deeply understand our customers’ businesses and ambitions. You help remove technical barriers and friction points, and improve customer readiness for our platform. You provide pre-sales technical support for new, large business opportunities and support them through closure. You make certain that any client issues and/or concerns are raised and addressed. You share status, progress and facilitate sales activity across the reseller and Apple sales teams. You are the trusted advisor on the entire Apple ecosystem, business transformation and adoption of the platform. You deeply understand customers IT challenges and are expert at removing technical barriers by demonstrating your deep knowledge of Apple products, solutions and partner capabilities. You build new best practices and share them with partners and with Apple. Through working closely with our reseller’s technical teams, you capture their hearts and minds for Apple. You build and execute action plans that empower our customers and partners to grow their Apple business. You deliver the partner technical enablement strategy using sales and technical programs, engaging in pre-sales readiness initiatives, joint field activities and sharing best practices. You regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of the partnership. You are the voice of customers and partners inside of Apple.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent - College or University degree preferred
