Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B marketing functions, consulting, ENT sales or finance, or within the technology sector;
  • Strong ability to analyze and use data to create impactful insights and business decisions that support your strategy, planning and sales tactics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to lead change and to gain commitment from senior-level executives through compelling verbal and visual storytelling.
  • Solid ability to set expectations, meet stringent timelines, and ensure accountability to attain key outcomes while managing multiple concurrent responsibilities.
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility to establish and maintain trust and credibility across functional teams in a global matrix organization and adapt to Apple’s changing business needs.
  • Make the right decisions for Apple through deconstructing complex issues into meaningful ideas, have the capacity to zero-in on what is most impactful, and a willingness to say no to good ideas so that we can do something great. This includes being an effective project manager and implementer of change even when you don’t oversee all the pieces. You are successful by relying on your own expertise, trusting in others to deliver on theirs, and through deep collaboration.

Description

Lead the development of our Canadian B2B and Enterprise business plan by working cross-functionally to analyze business performance, provide impactful insights, and recommend new opportunities for growth. Analyze and deeply understand the market dynamics of major business sectors, their economics, business priorities and strategies, to identify mutually beneficial opportunities. Drive customer adoption of best-in-class solutions and affordability practices by becoming an influential local specialist who fosters deep relationships with global colleagues and industry analysts to stay abreast of market trends. Engage with peers and colleagues in other countries where Apple does business to share, learn, and provide guidance on how to drive Apple’s business globally. Advocate for process improvements, system and tool implementations, and support the governance of ongoing business actions. Drive execution of the plan which includes; identifying key business metrics, setting the operating cadence, coverage & territory design, forecast & pipeline management; sales compensation programs; customer incentive programs; new product category business development, and; new channel development.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
