We’re looking for an individual to be a proactive & collaborative cross-functional lead with both internal customer facing teams and external partners, to drive long term business and revenue growth through channel partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive media sales experience across platforms and types, including online, mobile, search, video and display.
  • Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers & partners, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Experience & success deploying channel partner strategies in short medium and long term.
  • Experience supporting & enabling sales organisations, facilitating and structuring success from behind the scenes with compelling partnerships programmes.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced using data to help tell a compelling story.
  • Passionate about the customer experience and can dig deep, from the big idea down to the details, knowing how to position peers & partners for what's around the corner.
  • Thrives when identifying, structuring and implementing unique ideas that deliver for cross-functional teams, partners and the end customer.
  • Appreciates Apple culture and values, and is energized by the challenges of delivering trustworthy solutions within an evolving industry.

Description

You will adopt & implement proven programmes & initiatives from your colleagues, but also be expected to refine and tailor your own in region, sharing takeaways to benefit the broader Channel Partnerships team. Influence without control is a key attribute, as you are tasked with altering default behaviours and approaches with internal teams, selling the value & outcomes of your programmes with cross-functional leadership and category owners. Securing credibility, partnership and trust with cross-functional leadership is the long term goal, you will use your curious nature, networking, and strong communication skills to be successful in this area. Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, & Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes and where necessary, secure their resource to deliver against your own goals. Building relationships and credibility with partners is vital, their investment, prioritisation and support in your region is critical to your success. Working with partners on existing programmes is the default, to excel you will tailor these and build your own based on your knowledge, experience and understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to your region. Plan ahead and anticipate change & opportunity with cross-functional leaders and partners, pioneer initiatives and bring others on the journey with you.
