The Apple Store Online Segments team is looking for a Small and Medium Businesses WW Commercial Manager to develop go-to-market strategy for Retail’s SMB segment. We are looking for a strategic individual who can work independently with deep problem solving skills, a strong experience and track record in delivering innovative and clearly articulated strategic plans as well as outstanding relationship skills. You will build a new SMB go-to-market strategy that revolutionizes Apple’s offerings and caters to SMB needs globally and in key markets. You will define the right approach, method and criteria to deliver impactful results. You will identify commercial opportunities and use your experience and analytical skills to develop effective commercial go-to-market plans for Apple Retail.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of shown experience in strategy and Commercial development ideally garnered on selling to SMB customers
  • Excellent track record of building go-to-market plans with impactful results
  • A clear understanding of the drivers of SMB technology purchase decisions, as well as strong ties to the SMB community
  • Demonstrated expertise leading projects and influencing cross-functional partners to desired outcome
  • Consistent track record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Passionate and self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate quickly and effectively, vertically and horizontally throughout the organization
  • Ambitious and self-directed, with exceptional decision-making abilities, tenacity, and conviction
  • Validated ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization. Builds bridges and foster relationships; comfortable being a key point of contact and subject matter authority

Description

Looking beyond daily demands to find opportunities and cultivate strategic business priorities, size business opportunities and develop multiyear business plans to drive growth. Responsible to formulate Retail’s commercial strategy for SMB using clear data driven inputs and ability to build clearly articulated plans. Ability to derive logically thought through actions using clear and ambiguous data and inputs. Leading cross-functionally to devise new strategy and go-to-market plans driving the relationship with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Product Management, Legal, Operations and Geo teams. **Develop high-impact initiatives and commercial plans to implement the strategy for the SMB business **Identify customer trends and customer behavior to recommend new commercial programs and campaigns **Obtain Leadership approval for highly complex and innovative initiatives with the ability to influence senior partners going from high level strategic vision to detailed queries **Create annual commercial plans that align with the overall strategy and align large cross-functional teams **Seek to understand behavior in SMB markets to recommend commercial programs and campaigns in new markets **Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. Education & Experience

- BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience - Experience within SMB markets strongly preferred
