  • Relevant experience in supply chain, semiconductors, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and applying structured problem-solving to deliver solutions.
  • Experience building and analyzing large, complex datasets to derive business insights.
  • Knack for crafting compelling narratives and visuals with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen to understand key dynamics and nuances in new industries.
  • Experience managing all phases of projects from analysis through strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in assessing the geopolitical implications of business decisions.
  • Skilled at networking with, and facilitating alignment among, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience creating and managing data systems, particularly for supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes, relational database principles; working experience in Tableau Prep, or synthesizing decentralized data sets; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Experience in with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R.

Description

- Translate data into actionable strategy for our supply chain, and execute - Present recommendations to executives - Brief executives on key issues ahead of meetings with suppliers and external parties - Influence global supply managers’ sourcing decisions to mitigate risk and build resilience - Understand the details of procurement teams’ sourcing plans - Lead large, cross functional teams to create shared analyses, strategy, and presentations - Facilitate coordination and drive standardization across teams - Engage with teams such as legal, government affairs, and trade to see around corners - Develop world-class data systems so we can see and analyze our supply chain - Build business cases for process enhancements within the organization to enable the team to run efficiently, effectively, and with a high degree of accuracy.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree, Masters degree or MBA a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes, relational database principles; working experience in Tableau Prep, or synthesizing decentralized data sets; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Experience in with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
