We’re looking for a candidate who understands innovative and groundbreaking assessment strategies, has an expertise in analytics and research methodology, and has extensive experience with translating findings into actionable insights for data-informed decision making.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven success in employee insights / HR analytics, and at least 2 years specialized in assessment of talent management, performance, and organizational health (incl. tenure, time in job level, span of control, promotions, etc.)
  • Skilled at designing, developing, and driving research programs end-to-end
  • Experience leading strategy on research and analytics methodology, identifying what needs to be measured, how to measure it, and aligning partners and leaders on key metrics
  • Very strong communication, visualization, and story telling skills to deliver meaningful insights to craft people decisions
  • Expertise or familiarity with a broad range of analytic techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, organizational network analysis, etc.
  • Experience producing analysis using Tableau, R, and/or Python
  • Combination of consulting and proven experience preferred. Experience in a global role is a plus.

Description

- Develop a research program for Talent Management with a well-defined roadmap to assess the areas of performance, talent planning, employee growth and development, and organizational health - Drive strategy and consultation on program methodology and metrics in these areas, and secure approval of plans through collaboration and agile leadership - Conduct sophisticated analytics to support ad hoc requests and explore emerging areas, and ultimately recommend what should be scaled to an ongoing analytic product - Stitch analytics and metrics across various People functions (i.e., Talent Management, Compensation, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Sentiment, Total Rewards, etc.) to provide robust insights and a well-rounded understanding of program efficiency to leaders - Partner closely with our Senior People Leaders, Apple Executives, and other partners to provide the insights needed to enable successful Talent Management programs within their lines of business - Act as the liaison between the Talent Management team and People Analytics Development Engineering pillar, including defining analytic product scope and persona, supporting the piloting and review of prototypes, and planning for scaled analytic product launches

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or Statistics/Mathematics/Economics preferred
