Come join a team of dedicated people passionate about continuously improving the culture in
Hardware Engineering (HWE). We are looking for someone to help lead our inclusion and
diversity programs, with a focus on our early talent pipeline strategy, like running our
Engineering Technology Camp and mentorship programs for students. This is a highly
collaborative role where you will work with HWE leadership and engineers, key people from
several other organizations within Apple, and third party partners to ensure we are helping to
prepare future talent for engineering.

Description
We’re looking for someone to lead HWE’s early talent pipeline initiatives, which will include
programs where students get mentored by Apple engineers and our Engineering Technology
Camp, where we give high-school students an engineering challenge, and then they build a
prototype and present it to senior leaders. You will also help lead some of HWE’s existing
programs and create new ones focused on employee experience and development. You should
be able to effectively prioritize, drive decisions, and problem solve while working both
collaboratively and individually. You will also need to use data to track the efficacy of initiatives,
implement methods of collecting feedback, and apply what you learn to continuously iterate,
change, and improve programs and practices. You should be comfortable influencing a diverse
and passionate group, ranging from executives to those early in their careers.
Education & Experience
5+ years experience in program management, working with external partners, and working
closely with senior leaders in an engineering organization or equivalent experience
